ON THE CHARLOTTES
The image below was painted on a sheet of hardboard.
It is from a photograph which I took at a Pole Raising took place the year I arrived on the Islands.
The painting is nailed to a wall on what once was the Bottle and Jug Pottery in Tlell
It has been undergoing the kind of changes which come from exposure to the wind and the rain
A selection of some of my early attempts at writing songs when I was on the Islands is in the process of being revised
It includes lyrics and comments about each of the songs.
